Autumn Activities

On Thursday 19th of October we will have autumn activities at Stundars, between 10 and 14 o’clock. There will be varied program for the whole family, mostly outside.

As the theme is on autumn activities, you will get a chance to learn about how winter storage was prepared for. There will be an exhibit showcasing what type of food was saved up in the larder, while in the Farm House you can see what people ate daily in olden times.

There will be an opportunity to learn about overwintering of animals, who just like people need to prepare well for the increasingly cold weather.

Our play areas at the museum village will be open and there will be different play stations to try outside. We will also have a barbeque spot, where you can grill your own food if you wish.

Welcome!
