On Thusday 8th of January we will remember local poet Jarl Hemmer (1893–1944), whose childhood home is one of the dozens of buildings moved to Stundars open-air museum. Nowadays it functions as a reservation restaurant.
We welcome you to the poet’s memorial room in the Hemmer House for a coffee, as well as to listen to professor emerita Marianne Nordman tell us about Hemmer’s life, and how many personal tragedies affected his writing.
