During spring, autumn and before Christmas, thousands of kids from kindergartens and schools visit Stundars. In the museum village they participate in activities put together especially according to the needs and curriculums of the group. We offer quality museum pedagogy, guaranteeing an educational and fun experience.
You can book a tailor made programme for your group as part of your visit to Stundars. There are several different guided tours, friendly competitions or historically themed experiences you can choose from to make the visit both enlightning and entertaining.
Stundars open-air museum is uphold by the Stundars Association, an organisation with about 250 volunteer members. The staff consists of 7 full-time employees and about 10 guides and museum hosts during the summer season. The association welcomes anyone interested in local history, children’s culture, the care of historical buildings, crafts etc.
